Peyton Manning will win a Superbowl in denver. He is not going to get hurt i know that. He is structurally stronger now then before the doctors say. If he wasn’t safe to play then ge wouldn’t be playing. Wow! Must be nice to have all this crazy Cap Money to spend! These deep pockets almost always come back to haunt a team. Take a look at the Cowboys, Jets, Bucs, Dolphins, Panthers, Cards and Ravens. Poor and cant do a thing to improve. In comparison, look at the Eagles and Raiders… They spent a pot of gold and where did it get them? The Giants, Pats, Packers and Texans are all Playoff bound because they continue to find Value( not big FA names) and build through a savvy Draft. Sorry, Broncos you might get near the Playoffs because your Division is Lame, but the AFC North and East will gobble you up in January and that is IF Peyton even makes it that far. My guess is after he goes out hurt, the TEBOW chants wil restart.

What’s the problem? Weber is underrated and has a good future. A rookie QB isn’t going to lead the Broncos to the Super Bowl if Manning goes down.

Not sure why some of you are surprised. The Colts often used 2 TEs, especially earlier in Manning’s career, when they had fewer good WRs. I would bet that the Broncos will try to install an offense as close as possible to what Manning is used to using. If there are any OL concerns, they may use multiple TEs in passing formations and keep one or both in to block to keep Peyton upright.

I would be surprised if they signed Clark at this point, as they have 2 TEs, plus whatever might be left over in Denver.

Dreesen is a nice pickup. The Donkos were around 50 Mil under the cap. Should be about square, assuming.

Anyway, look forward to having the chance to set up a trust fund for my Raiders on who takes out Manning w/a good clean put you into retirement vicious hit.

What makes you think he’s done after one big hit? Because your a MD? I haven’t heard one doctor grandstanding on television that Manning is at anymore risk for permanent injury than any other player. And you know how MD’s hate grandstanding for the camera…
