Smith went from watching TV one week to the starting lineup the next week, and was a huge part of the Lions success last year. He earned a lot of respect from Lions fans last year.

If Smith can stay healthy, he’s a great RB.

I’m curious about how LeShore’s rehab is going. Any word?

Great depth move…He has shown he can be productive and in a more limited role could stay healthy….he will be a good asset

Good move. Smith does a lot of little things well that help the team win. He is very good as a blocker, and doesn’t blow assignments.

If 2/3 of that running back group can stay healthy, the Lions are going to have a great running game. I wish that the Browns would’ve tried to grab Smith at some point.

Injuries have been his problem. When on the field he has always been productive, including pass protection. Good move Lions.

Couldn’t resist throwing that 0-16 dig in could you? Well those times are long gone now. In fact the super bowl seems like a real possibility.
So, yes, three seasons ago we did go 0-16. The key part of that sentence is the “three years ago” part.
Your bias is so incredibly blatant that it used to make me mad. Now I just laugh at it.
