This rule doesn’t really hurt Luck, but it could hurt lower-round picks who need to attend as many OTAs as they can to have the best chance of making the team.

You type “quarters” as if it’s not a real thing. Many schools in CA use 10 week schedules for classes instead of 15.

Because of PFT usual sloppiness it’s hard to tell if Luck himself has to be done with exams or the college football program’s exam week has to be completed. If it’s the former, Luck shouldn’t have any problem.
