Loomis and the Saints are appealing theirs too…this is America people…we are all afforded these rights. By the way…beware of Saints Vs The World and they know full well where the SB is in 2013…don’t be shocked when they come out the gate on fire. Don’t expect to see this team, much less a city like New Orleans put their tale between their legs over this. Expect them to embrace it…Saints will raise hell this season. Thumb it down all you want…just watch what happens come Sept, Oct…Dec, Jan and yes, maybe even February! You’ll remember this post when it happens.

He needs to appeal, he is an assistant coach in all this… even if he didn’t like it, what could he really do, run to the owner and lose all credibility with the rest of the staff? I’m not saying he should win, but what can it hurt to try… same with Payton.

seems wishy already… what type of company has evidence of something lays out discipline and never shows the evidence to the people envolved. With all rule books written..You never wrote a rule book on HR policies of employees….wow

Wow, that’s a stretch. Parcells is the first pick and Carmichael and Spagnuolo are the internal guys who have a real shot.

No Vitt was the first pick to replace Payton… until he got suspended. I’m still curious to see how many Saints defenders will get suspended.

Why is that a stretch? Vitt was interim head coach when Payton was hurt last season, and was the obvious 1st choice until he was suspended this year.
