Good thing they didn’t trade Rocky to the Bears for Briggs. I remember the only hold up to that trade was that the Redskins didn’t want to include McIntosh in the trade. Another great personnel move by the Redskins….What a joke

Though the Redskins front office was a joke at thought point, it was widely believed around the league that McIntosh was a major draft steal, and had tremendous upside. Based on the information available at the time and Rok’s age, this was the right move.

It is not a comparison. This is an unrecognizable player trying to explain to a fan who he is by identifying a more well known player as a frame of reference.

This is completely different than if he were talking to a reporter and said he and D Ware were comparable players for their teams.

His play went downhill when he they switched to a 3-4 and he moved inside. He actucally was playing really well for the first half of the season last year before his play nosedived. Move him back to a 4-3 weakside linebacker and you should get a great bargain player.

While he never lived up to the early potential he demonstrated, he was not a bust either. The reason he lost his job his starting job in 2011 was his poor fit in the 3-4 scheme he has been playing in the last two years.
