Take it from a Patriots fan, just admit that your team cheated their way to a championship. Owning it will make you fell better sooner, and allow you to move on. Denying it will only serve to eat you up inside and make you look foolish. Be a good example for the kids. Just admit when something was wrong and in violation of the rules.

Oh and the videos they show are called stock videos. It’s the same clips played repeatedly. They show a Favre hit, a Warner hit, and a couple of randoms. Just cause ESPNs “high quality” reporting doesn’t show video of it, doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. I shouldn’t expect more than the cognitive functioning of a six year old for a Saints fan though.

And @StevenFBrackett: I promise you I would still feel the same way if I was a Saints fan or not. It’s not high school football. It’s not college football. It’s professional football. These are grown men. Anybody who feels like the Saints or any other team for that matter is wrong for this really needs to grow a pair. All I see on ESPN when they talk about the bounties is the Saints players making “LEGAL” big hits on the opposing the team that never even resulted in injury in the first place. People need to cut the self-righteous act and get over themselves.

Well, the military has a well-known punishment for members of a fraternity who put their members at risk or worse called a ‘blanket-party’.

I say let the men settle it amongst themselves, let the players from the other 31 teams alone with the (22 – 27) guilty and have a party.

Seriously, who in their right mind thinks the NFL is going to ever see another bounty program after what’s happened to the Saints organization?

Penalizing scumbags isn’t penalizing Aints fans and the city of CorruptoLeans. It’s sending a message to the individuals involved that their despicable actions will not be tolerated.

A number of Aints players and former players (who are on OTHER teams now) need to be banned for life.
