Like it or not, that makes for a pretty interesting WR corps for Chargers. They lose VJ but sign Robert Mecham, Eddie Royal and Roscoe Parrish…plus they still have Malcom Floyd and Vincent Brown who played pretty well the 2nd half of last year. “LOOKS GOOD ON PAPER”.

Good return man… If he stays healthy they have an awesome slot guy. V Jacks awesome but we have seen Rivers make average receivers look good.. And Floyd is underrated ..Antonio Gates when healthy is dangerous

Good thing there’s still Gates, who’s been as good as almost any “number 1 receiver” for the past 8 years, and Malcolm Floyd, who is a perfect number two WR. So yeah, having three or four solid vets battling each other for playing time usually works out.

Bolts will easily put up 30 ppg next season with all the weapons they have. With just a small improvement on defense, this team will be back in the playoffs. Sorry Faider fans, but you’re looking at another season in the gutter.

Yeah a raider fan talking sh@t… raiders have gotten worse during this off season and their 1st and second round picks belong to cinncinati due to that great trade for c palmer..how did that work out for ya last season.. michael bush played just as well as mcfadden the injury machine.. have fun in the cellar this year raider nation!!! alot of us dont like aj,but he has a better track record than anything the raiders have had since he came on as chargers gm……nuff said!!! worry about your own team.!!!

I always liked Roscoe, nut he’s just too small to go over the middle in the NFL. He’s listed at about 180 or so, but more likely he’s about 150. He broke his wrist 2 yrs ago and went on the IR, and last yr in game 2 broke his ankle and went on the IR. He’s approaching 30 yrs old too. He also had a fumbling problem that got him benched under Jauron. It looks like he’s starting to turn to glass. I wish him well, but if there was anything left , the Bills would have signed him.

Good, I wish you the best Roscoe. Jauron was a fool to waste your prime years, benching you in favor of Fred Jackson on PR’s. That offense could have been much better with Roscoe getting playing time. Chan has come in and completly changed this team, a year ago Roscoe was the teams 3rd best receiving option before injury, now he’s gone on to another team.

Let’s see…Rivers has a terrible year with Vincent Jackson in the lineup the entire year last year….

He has an awesome year the year before with Jackson only suiting up 3 games, and having Patrick Crayton as his #1 WR and a bunch of scrubs and UDFA rookies for the majority of the season.

The passing game will be fine, and much more effective with this corps of Meachem, Floyd, Gates, Royal, Brown, Parrish, and McMichael.

Some of you act like they lost Calvin Johnson, or Fitzgerald or something. Jackson is closer to a Brandon Marshall or Santonio Holmes class of WR.

If healthy he’s a great signing! He brings diversity to an offensive approach…….speed, slot, underneath, go patterns, end around running plays, wildcat backfield options AND terrific return game. However he must stay healthy. As an avid Bills fan, I watched him in training camp, pre season and regular season action. Tremendously talented athlete….. a possible game changer IF he stays healthy. For his career sake I hope he does find the magic potion (except vs Bills). Big IF though. Good luck Roscoe.
