Leshoures injury would have probably qualified him for a prescription. Heck the physical pain and such of any NFL player would probably qualify them, maybe. The NFL randomly tests for pot only 3 months out of the year, May, June and July. In this case Leshoure was not driving (you cannot drive while under the influence of even medical pot). So if your an NFL player and want to smoke weed in Michigan then why not get a prescription? I’m sure it wouldn’t save you from a positive NFL random test during those 3 testing months, but it would have saved Leshoure from arrest this time, so media or the NFL would have never even caught wind of this.
