Al Davis actually regretted the move later. But you know Al had to keep his scholarship players AKA height-weight-speed, draft pick busts as long as he could to prove to the media he made the right picks. No more of that in Oakland. Reggie wants football players. It’s so refreshing as a fan you can’t even imagine. Every year we go through the same thing every offseason Al releasing all the football players and keeping “his fast guys”. No more!!!

Playing DE in a 4-3 for Oakland instead of OLB in a 3-4 had to be appealing to him and of course theres no place like home. Gotta be hard to go from living in a place like NY to tiny GB. California sounds like a much better option to me.
