Getty ImagesLast week, several members of PFT Planet pointed out a supposedly leaked schedule. It looked bogus, and the NFL said it is bogus.
Now, the guy who made it (unless the confession is bogus) has come clean: He fabricated the schedule.
Fortunately, the confession came only after someone actually presented portions of the bogus schedule as his own exclusive reporting.
No one knows with any certainty when the real schedule will be released. The best guess is Tuesday, April 17, at 7:00 p.m. ET, especially since TVGuide.com shows that’s precisely what will happen on ESPN at that time.

There were a few problems with his version of the schedule, but one hell of an attempt by the guy. Hell of a good reminder that you can’t believe all that is put out on the web…………even if you really want the information to be true.
A loser Eagles fans with nothing else to look forward to. Figures.
It would be funny if this guy was somewhat right on some of these games.
I’d say Tuesday, April 17th at 7pm is a pretty good bet.
Was Rosenthal behind this?
Incarcerated Bob is a joke, don’t worry Florio we all know you want to say it…we won’t kill you
Was it wallyhorse?
NFL should also acknowledge that they have released(and stuck with) a few bogus schedules themselves.
Chargers@Broncos in primetime. i’d bet on that.

—————————————————-Lol…I didn’t personally see it but did it give us 16 home games
I don’t understand the over excitement for the schedule release. every true fan knows or can figure out 14 of the 16 games this year. and the next year…
so this is all over WHEN the games are played?
The Please Please Pleese Get A Life Foundation has a new poster child.

Don’t you mean Unfortunately? The other way makes no sense.

Huh??
Um, the Packers had 4 consecutive home games on that schedule. The NFL doesn’t do that, ever, and it certainly hasn’t in the Super Bowl era. Any fan or media outlet that posted this schedule isn’t really knowledgeable about the NFL.
idiots, it was a JOKE! the eagles had ALL HOME GAMES! our fantastic national and AP reporters should have reported this was a hoax right away. I can’t believe so many people believed this was real. that was a clear giveaway that it wasn’t real.
