I was wondering when, at the time he was in debt for “only” two or three MILLION what his financial thought process was exactly? This year I owe the IRS about one thousand dollars. I gradually over the past year put two thousand in a savings account because I realized that I would need to pay. Is it impossible for millionaire pro athletes to do something along these lines with their earnings? What could he have possibly been thinking as his debt climbed higher and higher into the MILLIONS?! I wonder what the daily, weekly, monthly, etc. interest is on several million dollars?

Faulty logic about being told he is not a reported (he may have been told years again .. you don’t know so don’t imply that you do

Implying Sapp as the victim .. his contract is thru Aug 2012 and he’ll get paid thru then . .he is owed nothing else

Implying that we deserve more (word games with the public) from the “league-owned” NFL Network .. how winey and self-entitled are you .. NFL fans don’t have hurt feelings about what networks say about their talent.

The amount of negative comments that constitute the majority of, not just this, but most articles posted on this website is discouraging. Mike Florio feeds into it consistently, but it’s amazing to see how much hate many have in them.

If anything not only Sapp but the producer who put him on the air to do so should also be fired.

i actually enjoyed sapp on the NFL network. with these athletes losing millions and these politicians repeating history, you’d think we ll learn from the previous people before us that made the mistakes. dont clown him because he didn’t handle his money right because we all have issues that many people before us had as an example (failed marriages, alcoholism, becoming a master of nothing, and so on). get your self confidence somewhere else rather than ragging on people because you still have to live with yourselves.
