For those that are worried about fitting Griffin and the other draft picks under the cap, I have news for you. The NFL has a rookie pool that is subtracted from cap room. With the rookie wage cap in place, ALL of the Skins draft picks have already been subtracted from cap room. They WILL resign Fletcher, but what is the rush? Keep the cap room, see if a good vet can be had on the cheep late and then bring back Fletch close to training camp. This team is on the up!

The redskins aren’t going to re-sign Fletcher, we can’t afford it. Pretty much all the cap left has been budgeted for the incoming rookies. I’m confident in perry riley but having the other starting ilb being a rookie frightens me a bit.
