Since he signed so late and with the lockout he didnt get much playing time since no time with Big Ben and Ward getting alot of his snaps.. he will be alot more productive this year and I was realllyyyy hoping we would sign him back again …. Greattt signing and he will compete with Sanders for that 3rd spot and very nice insurance !!!

Wallace just needs to face the fact that NFL owners have historically colluded to limit his options. He needs to get a fair deal from the Steelers but not try to break the bank.

Great signing. Now, for all the experts here and elsewhere, you can bet all of your loose change the Steelers will draft an OL with their first pick, no matter who is available. Just as I scored when they drafted their pro bowl center, you can take it to the bank. Steelers absolutely must run the ball for success, an axiom!

Good news. Receiving group as a whole should be best in years. Now if they can fill some needs in the draft, which to me is OL, DB and DL, then can’t complain.

Pains me to say this…but nice move by my hated rivals…tough receiving corps. Glad we have (one of) the best secondaries in the NFL…particularly given the deficiencies in the Steelers o-line/run game.

I’d take the Giant’s WR core…even losing Manningham. They are more versatile. Though Brown’s/Sanders upside is crazy now that Hines has stepped aside. Either way…I wish my team had ONE of those WR groups!

Good! Now we don’t have to waste draft picks on a receiver and another tight end. O-line, nose tackle, running back, linebacker, and possibly a back-up QB are the areas we need to look hard at. Get the BC linebacker if he drops down in the draft or an OL with the first pick. RB in the second round – Mendenhall won’t be effective even if he does come back later in the season.

Ah, yes. Steelers fandom at its best. They watch only their own games and know absolutely nothing about the rest of the league. Just off the top of my head, I think Green Bay’s pass-catchers might have something to say about that.

Glad he’s back. He will be even more comfortable with Ben this year. He can find those soft spots in the D and is clutch on 3rd downs.

Wtf…I luv dat we retained jc, but we need to recover m.wallace….yes, everybody feels he’s a one trick pony, but we need his deep threat capabilities to keep the defense honest…

At the end of the day Wallace makes us more competitive..if we do lose him then a.brown, e.sanders, h.miller, lope and jc def have to step up
