Well, if he hasn’t noticed, Manning is becoming best friends with decker. Also, Manning loves to throw to his tight ends. So I wouldn’t be surprised to see Thomas’s numbers actually go down. I wonder what his excuse next year will be. Hopefully he takes an English class though, so we can actually understand what he’s saying.

Some of u guys need to walk with Tebows jock strap in your mouth. He is & was a horrible passer. In the age of the passing offense you will loose with Tebow. I’m sorry. He isn’t a good nfl QB. He’s in his 3rd yr & still trying to get his throwing technique together, when he needs to be learning how to read defenses. Santonio Holmes will beg for a trade next yr when he catches 5 balls from Tebow. You guys who blindly brag on Tebow needs to wake up!! He won’t get better & he’s a 3rd stringer at BEST! His popularity is why he getting 2nd string work. No one in the history of football been as bad as him & people make excuses for him. He’s a great kid but a HORRIBLE PASSING QB!

Sorry Denver fans and Mr. Thomas. Your defense stunk. They gave up points to mediocre and poor teams and they got lit up like a New Years Ball in Times Square against teams with elite offenses. Care to tell me Mr. Thomas and Denver Broncos fans who are your Marvin Harrison and Reggie Wayne at Wide Out? Those guys are what made Manning. They drew the rolled bracket coverage and Manning would find the mismatch or because Reggie Wayne and Marvin Harrison are two HOF caliber type receivers that it did not matter if you covered them with two or three men, they still beat you. Mr. Thomas, number 1 receivers get their yards and catches despite who they have throwing to them. The truth of the matter is that the Broncos do not have any receiver threats that worry the league. That includes you Mr. Thomas. Hey Denver Fans, Tampa had a notoriously sub par offense for many years during the Dungy era, but their Defense did not give up points or yards like your Denver Defense and they won and were Super Bowl contenders (8-8 is not winning Denver), yet you are delusional in blaming everything on the Tim Tebow and the offense when the stats show that not to be the case. Tampa’s Defense never blamed anything on their offense. The difference between their defense and the Denver Bronco’s defense, they were champions and elite, the Broncos are not. The Broncos have a sub par defense, no wide receiver threats and an over the hill running back. Please tell me how Denver Fans Peyton Manning and his offense of no skill players and the Denver Bronco’s subpar defense is going to be able to beat: Carolina’s Offense, Falcon’s Offense, Saint’s Offense, Pittsburg’s Offense, Raven’s Offense, New England’s Offense, Texan’s Offense, etc? When Tom Brady (for a 3rd time in a row) or Drew Brees or a healthy Big Ben shreds that defense is Peyton Manning and Mr. Thomas going to play defense and tackle somebody?

I’m pretty sure noone heard of D. Thomas before that big OT pass TD from Tebow. Of course any receiver with a pulse would take P. Manning over Tebow (& just about everyone else but Brees or Brady). Still, I don’t remeber anybody ever talking up Thomas as a monster fantasy WR before or during Tebow’s starts. That’s on Thomas, not Tebow.
Incidentally, Tebow was given most of the credit for those wins last year despite lackluster stats because he was the ONLY variable that changed between the 1 – 4 start & the 8 – 5 finish (playoffs included). I’m as tired of hearing about Tebow as anyone else, but that doesn’t change the fact he’s a winner. With a decent run game & defense, sometimes that’s enough. Go ahead & ask,Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, Big Ben, or even Peyton Manning, or Tom Brady if they can find their completion %, total QBR, or QB rating on any of their Super Bowl rings. With very few exceptions, all of the above named Super Bowl winners had fairly pedestrian stats in their victories. Strong defense &/or running game is to thank for most of their rings.

Schmucks like this guy drive me nuts. He has been a complete 1st round bust since entering the NFL. Tim Tebow made him famous with the biggest win in Denver since Elway’s playing days, and he is going to criticize. This guy has been a total disappointment since joining the NFL. Was it Kyle Orton’s fault too that he had 283 balls his whole rookie year, and he had 208 or so in his last GAME ALONE with Tebow??

A couple people have brought this up now, so I just wanted to point out that the article clearly states “IN” Denver, as in it was Tebow’s last pass thrown as a Bronco in his home stadium, IN Denver. Thus, the author is correct since Tebow’s last game as a Bronco was on the road, against the Patriots.

Not a lot of love for Tebow from Denver. I am a little disapointed in their players/organization. Guess they didn’t all believe in each other like tebow thought after every miracle win. It was a special season but how quickly they forget about you. so sad
