They went into the year with Kerry Collins who had a record of 2-11 the past two seasons. They’ve been following Luck for 3 years, as a Polian is on Stanford’s staff and telling them that he’s the real deal.

This was the ultimate Front Office tank job.They went into the year with the worst QBs they could find. Kerry Collins couldn’t win a game to save his life his last 2 years at Tennessee. It’s there because the issue of Adam Schefter being called a false rumor monger stems from an impromtu interview he tried to run on Al Davis at John Madden’s Hall of Fame induction where Davis accused Schefter of rummaging through innuendos and “whispers” to make a story out of. The funny thing is that Al Davis pretty much clowned him HELLA hard and dissed him on national TV.
