Revived Vikings stadium bill continues to work its way through the Legislature

zombie

The Vikings stadium bill officially has achieved zombie status. Dead a week ago, the measure is now eating its way through the House and the Senate.

Vikings director of corporate communications Jeff Anderson, who has been doing a great job of updating the situation via Twitter, explains that the stadium bill once again is alive in the House. It continues to move through the Senate.

Next up, the bill is scheduled to go before the Senate Jobs and Economic Growth Committee.

In theory, the zombiefied Vikings stadium bill could take a bullet to the brain in any of these various committees. If it continues to progress through committees in both the House and the Senate, it will eventually have a floor vote in each chamber.
