Wow you Falcons fans are funny I mean really funny.Why would you put down Philly fans for saying thanks and good luck to the man? He did not fit the defensive scheme any more and was a liability, and also you are from Atlanta ranks 3rd over all in most dangerous city. Philly not even in the top 25. So if you say Philly is scum look at your selves and realize Atlanta is a cesspool. Also Asante Samuel gets a lot of ints but gets beat more for it. Remember just because he was good in his prime does not mean he is good any more. And also look at the Eagles record for letting go of players none of them have done anything worth while with there new team and that’s a fact look it up.

Samuel is terrible…

He WON’T tackle…that’s worse than can’t…

He can’t cover either…all he does well is free-lance and jump routes he’s not supposed to…usually coming off his guy.

He had 2 INT’s last season…that’s 2 more picks than tackles made.

His attitude torward his job, and the new Eagles defensive coaching staff, played a very large role in the Eagles having a nightmarish (dream) season.

Want a good laugh Atlanta? Go back and watch what Asante does when your own Michael Turner is headed his way….or Marshawn Lynch…or Frank Gore…or, really any quality NFL player.

The dudes a joke…if we get a cheese sandwich for him…it was a steal.

Lions should have tried to work out a deal to get Samuel in Detroit. Of course, they don’t have room under the cap for a deal like that because Cliff Avril thinks he’s the second coming of Bruce Smith or Reggie White.

Mainly due to the fact that he can’t tackle worth a lick and unfortunately in the AFC you do have to (except for Cromartie on the Jets).

Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen him get beat after jumping a route wrong.

A couple of things……Dunta Robinson = Cheap Shot Assassin……also Asante was NOT a problem in the Eagles locker room…..he just told it like it was, but he never caused any problems….he was a team guy and true professional……good luck with those other Birds, Asante……except when you play us………Eagles Fan

In other news, Thomas Dimitroff dropped a quarter in the snack machine and got steak and Lobster. My guess is that he got 9 Million in signing bonus and vet minimum base salary this year. So, less than 4 million to this years CAP. Probably 1.5 Million guaranteed in base next year, and year 3 no guarantee.
