You stated it “obviously happened” when Webster was in a Bengals uniform (which is a patent untruth), which was 2004/5, when the incident(s) in question obviously happened (clearly according to your own linked ‘evidence’) when Webster was retired & not wearing any NFL uniform(s). Hue was also obviously not employed by the Bengals when these incidents in question happened (although he is now in 2012).

Ca 2010 both Webster & Jackson happened to have resided in the same neighborhood in Cincinnati – although neither were directly affiliated with or employed by the Bengals at that time.

Since your own ‘corroborating’ link states the girl in question is only NOW 18 years old, & the crux of the defense was whether she was 15 or 16 at the time of the offense, clearly the events in question happened AFTER Webster was clearly RETIRED from the NFL.

& just for more factual accuracy, Hue Jackson was QB coach of the Oakland Raiders in 2010 before ascending the the HC job in 2011. Before that he was QB coach of the Baltimore Ravens in 2008/9. Hue was WR coach of the Bengals in 2004/5 when Webster also was on that roster (mostly on IR), so the daughter was 10/11 years old at that time.

I guess it could be worse, I guess you could have said ex-bengal guilty. This dude had concentual sex and because he doesn’t have money like Big Ben he will actually do the time rather than get away with it. I think it was probably a good idea Florio didn’t post this tidbit of news, because I would have had alot to say about a man who constantly brings down the Bengals with arrests when his great QB is a serial rapist.

Wrong. See Ohio Rev. C. 2907.04 (Unlawful sexual conduct with a minor). There’s no special “she’s a hottie, and he’s a horny teen” exception. It’s gender neutral. Moreover, many states have extra-special laws or sentencing enhancement for people that abuse their positions of authority in these cases (like teachers).

It’s the same crime. Whether society views it as heinously is a different issue (and to find out, ask a few fathers).

You could say “former Bengals training camp invitee arrested”. As long as Bengals and arrested are in the same sentence you guys are happy. The Bengals haven’t had an abnormal amount of arrests since 2006, but don’t let facts get in the way of your agenda.
