Dear Jerry Jones… im not sure if u can read this… plz dont draft him if hes an in the box… and not a very very good coverage guy plz..i dont watch college ball so i dont kno bout him… combine/proday stuff no good…..supposedly he was still recoverng from hernia surgery……. i love the cowboys…. also i heard on the radio about resigning spencer….. plz i beg u not to… hes reached his best and even that wasnt even elite…. thats a big big position for having an elite player if u wanna be super bowl quality defense….. plz corner…gilmore guy…. or the best passrusher…. but not brockers…. avg measurables and below avg production for 1st day type draft pick… thanks…. i feel better…. sorry.. 1 more thing….. felix pick really crushed me man… CJ .. o ya…. losing out on SJ yrs back…..

Yea…that was a typo. I made note of that in another post.

I do NOT think the Cowboys are so good that they can key in on one position. They need help in a lot of different areas.

I could understand the Vikings taking either Kalil or Claiborne. Blackmon shouldn’t even be in the discussion at #3. So I imagine he’ll be the one they take.

Cowboys need to trade up to get this guy they need a vocal leader on defense someone who can hit hard and really strike fear in opposing offenses and thats something the cowboys havent had since darren woodson the cowboys cannot afford to miss out on drafting this guy

The only time it’s ever been obvious who the Cowboys will pick is the Tyson Smith pick last year.

I never expected the Cowboys to pick Carpenter. And the year they could have gotten Steven Jackson and traded out of the first round with Buffalo to get Julius Jones in the second round I thought was a huge misstep.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they drafted Mercilius or Upshaw.

Vikings will take Claiborne or Blackmon… makes sense when you consider that Leslie Frazier needs an impact playmaker now or there may not be a next year. Kalil is a solid pick but I would not spend #3 overall on him. I would look to other options to fill tackle position, & take a shot that Blackmon or Claiborne are too good to pass up. Or try to entice trade to drop back to pick up extra player & Kalil, but it does not make sense to draft Kalil straight up @ #3 when the Vikings are playing in the NFC North & will likely end up in last place if they don’t add a differencemaker to give themselves a fighters chance.

So in other words…. Minnesota’s trying to see if they can trade down by fooling Cleveland/Tampa/St Louis, and Carolina/Buffalo/KC are trying to trick Dallas into trading up (good plan with the 100% draft transparency, Jerry).
