And what is that supposed to mean? He’s 18 and an American citizen. He might be dumb as dirt, and maybe you don’t like it, but, jeez, the young man has every right to vote. Jenkins is this years Perrish Cox. First round talent with tons of flags. Denver took a flier on him in the 6th round. He promised he was a changed man. Did pretty good for awhile.
