What pick in 2013 have the Bengals traded away? If they are getting a pick from NE & Oakland then they too have more than one additional pick next year. In fact, the 2nd & 6th rounders have more value than the 3rd, 5th & 6th San Fran got.

The Vikings have two additional picks as well (4th & 6th) and haven’t traded any away that I can think of. The pick to Washington for McNabb was conditional and the conditions weren’t met, so they retain the pick.

As for the ACTUAL content of the article, as opposed to the throwaway bits at the end, my biggest complaint about Baalke over the last 2 drafts was that he didn’t seem very good at maximizing the value of his picks and often took guys he could have traded back and still picked up. He blew that out of the water this year… what a haul! Looking forward to his skill at maneuvering in the draft go nowhere but up.

Absolutely love where this team is at right now: the best roster in the NFL 2-53 (and it’s not even close) with the best long-term setup for success in the NFL outside maybe the Rams. Thanks for that by the way, Washington. Now all we need is a top 5-10 QB; whoever that turns out to be, I couldn’t care less – all I know is that Harbaugh will get his Rodgers, Brees, Brady, Manning etc. eventually, whether he’s currently on the roster or not! Looking forward to this team adding some rings to the left hand in the next decade.

A great center in basketball gets credit for his length and his ability to alter shot paths which means he’s forcing more difficult shots. If a LB is generating pressure causing the QB to alter their throws or targets then that is, basically, the same thing.

Aaron Curry made an instant impact and he was a conditional pick for this past draft and next. It depends on how much he plays. PFT should really research the facts before posting to their blog.

Aaron Curry is well worth the 4th or 5th rd pick we will give up for him. He has brought the intensity we need and flys all over the field making plays. Thanks Pistol Pete.

Thank goodness for teams like the Raiders who are willing to trade for guys who would have been released in a week or two anyway. The Hawks’ defense improved considerably after KJ Wright took over Curry’s spot.

Wake up to reality. Curry was another blunder by your beloved Faders and it’s going to takes years for them to recover, if ever.

In the meantime you can pray for a 6 win season while watching all the teams in your division kick your butts for a loooooong time. Or you can watch a really good team called the 49ers.

You make statements like “he was a steal” you have to expect people who watched him longer than any Raider fan to respond.

Heck we got better production from a 4th round rookie with no training camp or OTA’s than Curry.
