Getty ImagesThe Chargers officially have announced the arrival of 21 undrafted free agents. They’ve also signed one veteran: offensive lineman Rex Hadnot.
Hadnot, an eight-year veteran, started 16 games for the Cardinals in 2011. He previously played for the Browns and Dolphins.
In San Diego, Hadnot will join a group of guards that includes Louis Vasquez, Tyronne Green, Brandyn Dombrowski, and rookie fifth-rounder Johnnie Troutman. The Chargers lost Kris Dielman to retirement, who had a seizure after suffering a concussion against the Jets.

More like Rex Hasbeen, who’s a back-up at this point in his career. Still don’t understand why they passed on Decastro… he would have filled that position for the next decade.
Another turnstile that played for the Browns
They passed on DeCastro because AJ Smith is running the show, and he is as good a GM as Norv is a HC.
@blacknole08
You are definitely in the minority. Passing on Ingram for DeCastro would have been criminal. We need a pass rush more than anything and got a special player.

HAHAHAHAHA, Rex Hasbeen, holy balls, you’re hilarious. How did you even come up with that? PFT should give you a writing gig.
I hadnot realized he hadnot signed with a team yet.
This dude is only an 8 year vet? Seems like he’s been around forever.
Super Bowl!
Had Too.
I had not realized that.
Ditto on 3menandablog. Raiders fans wish AJ had drafted DeCastro over Ingram. They’re going to be watching Ingram terrorizing their QB for a decade.
Is this really news or something we should be seeing in the transaction column? I’m sure PFT can find something more interesting or maybe not the way it looks lately.
I like this move. Our O-line was in shreds last year and depth at a position of need is always good. Not everybody has to be an All-Pro.
That’s it, the missing piece to the puzzle.
Super Bowl Express!
