Over confident after one season of not being terrilbe. I’d take Cutler over Stafford the glass kitty any day. Your team is a joke and your city is nothing to be proud of.

Your QB redefined, “choke” the last time they met. He got out of the way when Tillman was running back another one of his picks for a touchdown. He was only brave enough to cheap shot the smallest guy on the Bears. Now that’s a leader to envy.

Well what happens in the NFL when the defenses are that much better? This guy likes to gain weight and everything to me points to USC WR Mike Williams type of career.

Not only did Jeffrey have to play through double teams, but even worse was the Carolina QB’s couldn’t hit the broad side of a barn! Yet he was definition of a team player and never complained. Chicago is going to love him.

Oh, and a backup QB that can actually throw a football, just in case the O line is as bad as last year.

Funny…the last Bears-Lions game I remember was a 37-13 beatdown of Megatron and crew at Soldier Field. Only reason detroit made the playoffs is because Cutler went down the next week.

I am looking at their WR depth chart but I don’t see any talent.

Alshon Jeffrey is no where near Mike Williams. He didnt have a Heisman Trophy winning QB throwing him the ball in the pass happy Pac Ten. He isn’t nearly as large as Williams either.

Well I wouldn’t consider those 44 catches he had in his first three years as being in the league.

Jeffrey slimmed down to make his numbers better for the combine and pro day. Now that he has signed that contract look for his weight to go back up.

I’d like to be the first to congratulate you to your first day as an NFL fan. Here’s a tip – less talking and more reading. You’ll learn faster that way.

So you’re saying you’re gay? Not that there is anything wrong with that, but right after typing this, you commented on his weight. Just sayin’.

He’s 6’4″ and was 230 at his heaviest, and that’s bad? Its not as though he was 330. Not the first, or the last, player to have a let down final year.

And being the main guy on his team, yeah, defenses are going to scheme for him. Quick, who was the other receiver on his team? How about the QB? Exactly, they did nothing, even in spite of scheming for Alshon. Yeah, they might do it in the pros when he gets to that level, but then you need to account for Marshall.

Paired with Marshall the Bears all of a sudden have a very dangerous receiving corp!
