NFL teams are aggressively signing draft picks on Thursday night, and the defending Super Bowl champs are no different.
Brian Ayrault, the agent for fourth-round pick Brandon Mosley, revealed Thursday evening that his client has signed a four-year rookie deal with the G-Men.
Mosley is an interesting developmental tackle with ideal dimensions at 6-foot-6, 314 pounds. Mosley has massive, 11-inch hands and 34-inch arms. He could be New York’s right tackle of the future.
Also agreeing to terms with the Giants on Thursday was third-round pick Jayron Hosley, according to Mike Garafolo of the Newark Star-Ledger. Hosley (pictured) is expected to receive a $515,000 signing bonus on his four-year pact.
Though Hosley’s stock may have been affected adversely by a failed drug test before the draft, he was a dynamic playmaker at cornerback for Virginia Tech. Hosley started 26 games and recorded 12 interceptions. Hosley also returned a pair of punts for touchdowns in college.
