He won’t get paid what other top kickers do because Koenen is getting paid top dollar to kickoff and punt.

Also, I think Stroud is inferring way too much from that tweet (I know, Stroud pulling stuff out his butt? Crazy, right?). I am sure Barth is just going to sign his tender, not a new deal.
