APAdam Caplan reports that the St. Louis Rams have claimed tight end Brody Eldridge off waivers from the Colts.
Eldridge, 25, is a blocking specialist who played guard and center in college. He was also a first-team All-Big 12 pick as a sophomore fullback.
By claiming the player, the Rams also claim Eldridge’s contract. He’s owed minimum base salaries of $540,000 and $575,000 in 2012 and 2013. Eldridge will compete for a roster spot in Rams camp.

To bad none of them will be able to do a thing about Bradford taking another serious beating, and missing multiple games.
Rams finish 4th, as usual.
This guy will ensure they win the division…
I hope Brody looks forward to playing in Los Angeles.
Good Luck Brody! Hope you win your position.
With, all the bodys the Rams are collecting to protect Sam Bradford. Now, maybe, the Rams can concentrate on passing and catching the ball. The later being the focus. With the first. Let’s see if Bradford, can be that personal. If not. Then, let Brett Fauvre record breaker do something. This is not, a maybe league. Bradford, will have to show competent QB’ play. Or he will, find the bench more comforting. Then, Jeffs glares. The outlook, is good. But, patience is a premium. Bradford, will only enjoy success or have Jeff make him a study.
Go LA Rams!
And…why is this a Bengals story?
