not, but no contact means no hitting, shoving, or tackling. Players run into each other all the time. Even in little league, all that no contact means is that no one is trying to hit anyone on purpose.

Back when Shanahan was in Denver, I once saw him at the training facility sharpening his teeth on a bench grinder he got from Home Depot. He then proceded to chew right through a 6 inch douglas fur stump. Guy is amazing!
