Donahoe may be a good judge of personnel up to a point, but his skills don't compare to those of his Steelers predecessor Dick Haley nor to those of his successor Kevin Colbert. And the Eagles would be wise to never let him interact with the athletes. Whatever he may have brought to the Steelers was not worth the loss of Rod Woodson, who left because of the way Donahoe treated him after his ACL injury. Woodson went on to become a Pro Bowl safety, whose talents and experience we certainly could have used during that era. Instead he helped the Ravens win a Super Bowl.
