I don’t believe the starting job is open to Skelton. Kolb will get the start. But with his fragile noggin, Whiz is letting Skelton run the first team offense, too, because Kolb could literally be knocked out of a game (and career) any time. I’m actually wondering if he will make it through all preseason games.

I bet you wish you had Rodgers-Cromartie & Vinny Curry instead of Kevin Kolb . Give the Eagles credit for making the Cards believe that Kolb was a Star and a sure fire franchise QB

The Cards plan; save face by giving Kolb the starting job, then when he gets hurt by game 5 and is out for the rest of the year, put Skelton in to finish out another 8-8 year. Continue the history of mediocrity that’s their tradition.

Outside of Brady Quinn, when have I claimed a guy on the bench is better than the starter?

I’ve watched all three play extensively and Bartel is the most impressive out of all of them.

Make a case as to why Skelton is the best QB on that roster without bringing up W/L. You can’t. That’s a team stat.

It’s Bartel > Kolb > Skelton.

More accurate way of looking at it is that they are taking turns leading the second team.
