The St. Louis Rams got a slow start signing draft picks, in comparison to other teams. They’re now making up for lost time.
With none of their 10-member class previously under contract, 20 percent have agreed to terms on Friday.
Linebacker Aaron Brown, a seventh-round pick, disclosed his deal on Twitter, via TurfShowTimes.com. Per a league source, receiver Chris Givens (the first pick of round four) has also agreed to terms.
By rule, all rookie deals have a four-year duration.
Via trades that sent them from No. 2 to No. 6 and then to No. 14 in round one (where they selected defensive tackle Michael Brockers), the Rams finished the process with three second-round picks: receiver Brian Quick, cornerback Janoris Jenkins, and running back Isaiah Pead.
