		<description><![CDATA[I lost my father to ALS, at the time of diagnosis they said he was exposed to chemicals in the Desert Storm back in the early 90&#039;s.

However, I see more of a relation to ALS due to the head trauma of him jumping out of air planes for 20 years. I don&#039;t think there&#039;s any question head trauma plays a role in the disease. 

Anyone who&#039;s ever had a family member, a friend, or an acquaintance with this disease it is awful.]]></description>
