Is Blackmon eligible for that free ride program? He isn’t an NFL employee yet. For that matter, does he fall under the league discipline program yet?
As for the Jags taking a hard line approach in contract negotiations…not going to happen. They will offer him less than he would have received before this, but not that much less. A million or two bonus money.
