You can point out those bad draft picks, but the fact remains, there isn’t a team in the league that has any less bad picks. The NFL Network pointed out that Belichick has drafted the most pro bowlers that are currently on the team. As long as Belichick is running the show, The Pats will be ok.

chad ochocinco is now at the top of the list of the NFL’s A list losers along with Hanesworth. and it is a shame because the Pats have an amazeing resueme for picking up plenty of great free agents and getting even better rookies while every year they continuously flace high up in the draft. they arguably are the best off season team in NFL history which puts them to be one of the best regular season teams aswell. lets face it, the patriots are way to good for the two who are famous for giveing their team notheing but problems. any team that would take either of them needs to fire their GM for even considering.

Bill Belichick is not that great of a GM, when will people figure this out. If you want to look at the best GM’s in the game look at Baltimore, Green Bay and Pittsburgh. Those teams are the best in the draft and free agency, mainly because they use free agency to resign their own talent rather than wasting money on over priced free agents.

Seriously Belichick sucks in free agency and the draft. He’s lucky he has Brady to keep that ship afloat. Oh, and for such a “defensive genius”, why does he have the worst defense I’ve seen in about 10 years?

I’m not hating on Brady, I think he’s one of the top 5 QB’s in the last 50 years. I just think that Belichik as a personnell guy gets WAY too much credit for being a genius. Guys hes drafted and released the last few years:

All these guys were in the top 3 rds, and all of them are either gone or never play. This year they had one of the biggest reaches in the draft, second rounder Tavon Wilson, who wasn’t expected to go before the 6th round, and a rugby player from Ohio state in the 6th rd.

They are going to be good as long as Brady is there, but Belichik has done very little to add legit talent to this team. Oh wait, he traded for Haynesworth, then cut him, and then traded for Ocho, then cut him. Now instead of improving the d, he’s signed Jabar Gafney, Brandon Lloyd, and Robert Gallery. NE is lucky the AFC East is terrible. Enjoy the run for the next few years, because the cupboard is pretty bare after Brady leaves…
