I usually agree with a lot you say but I have to disagree here. The Pats got a second round pick and gave them Cassel & Vrabel. I don’t think the trade was the value of an elite QB. Now if you mean the contract that came with Cassel was that of an elite QB, I see that since he was on the huge FT # when he was traded.

Give me a break, Cassel is not in the class with the QB’s Daboll named; he must be sniffing glue. Now i will say with the fire power we have on Offense and the monster of a “D” a ten win season is a given. This Offense is going to hit another level like never before when the young kid Stanzi takes the raines in the next 1 to 2 seasons.

I do hope Matt Cassle is a winner and earns that big contract Pioli gave him a few years ago. Matt should be good with all the new weapons, running game and improved O Line. The defense will be solid and we should definitely make the playoffs. I just don’t know if Cassle is capable of winning a playoff game. Us Loyal Chiefs Fans hope he can.

How did he perform prior to those 11 games. Why 11 games, why that sample size? Any argument can be made off arbitrary numbers, Cam Newton ran for less than 3 ypc on 3 and 6 in the 2nd half of games played during full moons while the temperature failed to reach 71.

Did he study the fact that the 2 seasons he won 10+ was with the team the season before went 18-1 and arguably the best team ever and the other was the season he won 10 games and none of the teams he beat had a winning record.
