Seriously? A 1,000 yard receiver? Too bad football isn’t played in shorts & shoulder pads. Let me see him do something in September – January (the Lions will never play in February), not in June during OTAs before I coronate him as MegaTron 2.0.

Doesn’t matter. Both are over rated. Lions will be lucky to finish second in the NFC North. They shot their load prematurely which I hear is a real problem in Detroit.

People who believed this would be an issue all season know absolutely nothing about organized sports. So they got into a fight in a heated practice, so what? They are men and will be over it soon enough. I guarantee this will be an afterthought once the season started.

Pride comes before the fall. I use to be a huge Steelers’ fan, but arrogant fans such as this just grows my dislike of the team. Rooney’s are class—fans not so much.

And PS, the Lions joke of the team beat the Broncos 45 – 10 last season in Denver, while the Steelers choked one away at Mile High in OT to Tebow. So, who’s the joke?

It’s easy, and mildly clever, to make cracks on the Lions’ secondary in reference to Titus Young’s play in the OTA’s, but the truth is Detroit finished 22, NOT LAST, in Passing D. Also they had a outbreak of injuries down the stretch and patched it together. The teams rated lower included the Packers, Saints and both SB participants. So, not too shabby.

They may be all good, but every time the team is in full contact drills, if the ball comes to TY and Delmas is there, he will knock the hell out of him with a hit so clean it’ll squeak.

I believe it, the one time I ever got into a fight at school was with my best friend. When we walked into the principle’s office afterwards, she looked at us, shook her head and told us to “go back to class.” It never happened again and nothing changed between us. While these are grown men, there are just somethings your friends can say to you that are much worse because they are your friends. Chalk it up to two competitive individuals in a testosterone filled situation.
