APTo the extent that Rams rookie receiver Brian Quick has anything in common with Terrell Owens, here’s where the similarities end: Quick is under contract with an NFL team.
Jason LaCanfora of CBSSports.com was first to tweet the news about the 33rd overall pick. (Florio has confirmed it, for what it’s worth.)
Quick will be in line for a four-year deal worth a maximum of $5,386,601 under the slotted system for signing draft picks.
The 6-foot-4, 220-pounder runs well for his size, and Rams surprised some by taking the Appalachian State product when better-known receivers such as Alshon Jeffery, Stephen Hill, and Rueben Randle were still on the board.
The Rams secretly worked out Quick and A.J. Jenkins in the days before the draft, keeping that info from the media while leaking news that they had engaged in 11th-hour sessions with Justin Blackmon, Michael Floyd, and Kendall Wright.

Umm..put down your bong
Player comparisons rarely mean anything or pan out but I hope he comes with the skills of TO without being a problem in the locker room. Being a longtime loyal Rams fan we need something good to happen soon
