Unlike a couple of his colleagues whose names rhyme with “John Kerry” and “Mitt Romney,” Senator Dick Durbin won’t be flip-flopping.

A better comparison would be Romney and Obama. Since, like, Obama is running against Romney and is a flip flopper. Got to love NBC.

As a fan of the Saints, when the story of ''BOUNTY'' broke I felt I had been let down by my team. As the weeks progressed, I was ready to except the punishments and try to move on as a fan. Yet the further this progresses, I'm compleatly changing my mind. Roger and his ''evidence'' are just not stacking up for the punishments handed out. Sure I will say they had a ''PAY FOR PREFORMANCE'' on sacks, tackles, INT, hits, ETC..., but thats just like incentive bonuses or Drew buying palne tickects for his O-Line when he makes the Pro Bowl. The character of not only the accused and the Saints organization as a whole, but the NFL as well is being TARNISHED by Roger ''GOD''-dell. What a PR nightmare this has become for this Sport. If your gonna accuse, better have your ducks in a row and have evidence to back up your evidence. So far, we have seen none of that from Roger or his ''CONGRESS'' friends. What a joke. Drop the charges, try to save face, and resign quietly so you can at least save your dignity. Cause I have a feeling you won't be commish that much longer. On another note, The Saints are still a 12-4, and Drew will sign.

Can someone please ask Roger Goodell if player safety is paramount, why did the league conduct, at best, a cursory investigation into possible bounties back in 2010?
