		<description><![CDATA[I agree with laxcoach37.  If healthy, Garrard wins the battle easily.  Tannehill is, and should be, a year away.  Moore is, and always will be, a very good fill-in when needed...a great backup, but not a great starter.

If he can stay healthy for 16 games...and that&#039;s the biggest question...Garrard could be among the top 10 QBs in the NFL in any given year.  He&#039;s in the right offense.  He has weapons.  The defense should keep the scores low.

9-7 to 11-5 is possible if things go well for Miami.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I think every Fan including the Dolphins&#039;s own is going to be shocked when it is not Moore or Tannehill this year under Center. Garrard is a well rested, fully back injury recovered Pro-Bowler who is in great shape. I personally saw him last week at his Charity Event in Durham, NC. He is still the most talented, &quot;athletic type&quot; QB out of Vick, Newton and we&#039;ll see soon RGIII. Big, Quick, Open Field Speed, great Arm and most important, Experienced.]]></description>
