I think what everyone is referring to is the fact that anyone else, has either denied it happened, said he punched Hue Jackson, or said he took a swing and miss at Lewis and/or Jackson. The only thing that seems to be consistent is that Ocho was throwing a tantrum about not getting the ball enough. But I’ve always looked at it this way…why would Smith say it if it wasn’t true? And why would Lewis let him back on the team a second time a few years later if it was a lie. But of course the team was desperate from injury and it was a mid-season signing. And Smith is a crotch-puncher. Lewis has always flat out denied it and would never admit to anything more than Ocho “wasn’t happy about some things” with that never-budging smirk on his face, when questioned about it. But he has motives to deny. What do you think happened?
