The Jets created a pair of roster spots prior to the start of training camp, releasing tackle Ray Willis and waiving undrafted rookie quarterbac G.J. Kinne.
Willis, a six-year veteran, was signed in May along with Stephon Heyer, in a move that was described as adding veteran insurance behind right tackle Wayne Hunter.
Hunter has done nothing to inspire much confidence, but players such as Willis or Heyer aren’t the answer, either.
God, duck tape can hold the Offensive wall and protect the QB better then any of these guys. What does it take to sign anyone else?
There goes the Jets 2012 Super Bowl.
Only mobile QB’s like Vick, RGIII, Rodgers and Tim TEBOW are going to make a crappy O-line better than it really is.
The fact that the Jets didn’t go out and revamp there O-line, tells me Dirty Sanchez is done in NY
After 1 down year everyone is sleeping on the Jets OLine….people seem to forget that 2 new starters joined the line without any OTA’s and off season programs….they will be back to being a top 10 unit
