Now it appears Percy Harvin will report to training camp.

Here’s what we know, based on June’s minicamp, and a series of hard-to-follow proclamations.

Vikings wide receiver Percy Harvin had issues. Then he didn’t. Maybe it was because of money. Or maybe not.

Now, ESPN’s Adam Schefter just tweeted that Harvin would, in fact report when the Vikings show up to Mankato on July 26.

The good news is, we have nearly three weeks before then.

We anxiously await the next volley of news.

    He already said that before.

This guy has never caught 100 passes, never gone over 1000 yards and his career high receiving TD’s in a season is 6.

Can someone please tell why he is getting so much attention?

Since he came into the league, no wide receiver has more all-purpose yardage than Percy Harvin.
Last year: 16 games and 87 catches for 967 yards and 6 TDs PLUS 51 rushes for 342 yards and
2 more TDs = 1309 yards, 8 TDs. Additionally, he returned a kickoff for a TD. He’s getting “so much
attention” because he’s a threat to score anytime he touches the ball.
Interestingly, Vikings coaches must not understand that because, despite playing all 16 games,
he was on the field for just 58.8 percent of the Vikings’ offensive snaps in 2011.
