Well, I’m not a sportswriter….but I’ve never gotten behind the wheel after drinking….and certainly not after drinking enough where I would think driving 100 mph while drunk is a good idea.

So….I’m sure most sportswriters could probably stick to that definition of “good guy.” If you think it’s that hard, I guess we should have a police officer following you whenever you go drinking.

Maybe the friends he has not turned his back on contribute to his faulty decision-making skills. It also is a moot point whether HE thinks he’s a great guy. It is what OTHER people think about him after learning about the choices he makes, especially the ones that endanger the lives of innocent people. It is CLEAR that he DOES NOT get it!!
