The Dolphins have sucked for a while now, and their 3-4 Defense was always the best part of their team. What are they doing??

I love the 4-3 concept they’re putting in place. Having Soliai and Starks lining up inside the base 4-3 will eat up lineman and allow Dansby to roam around making plays.

Yes, Dansby will be 31 this year and where else is he going? Maybe Burnett, 30 this year will join him in the geriatric LB position. The Chargers got rid of Burnett and the cardinals got rid of Dansby. Neither team was good defensibly and they were cut. The Texans are going to run (and pass) wildly against them.

Lets hope this offseason he doesn’t EMBRACE the buffet table like last year. Showing up at 270 lbs. killed the D until he got in playing shape. No doubt a major reason the D and team struggled early on.

Of course he’s going to embrace it. If Dansby values his job, than he would be smart to embrace anything the coaches throw at him.
