Former North Carolina State receiver T.J. Graham, whom the Bills traded up in the third round to acquire, has signed his contract, making him the last of the team’s rookie class to get his deal done.
Bills coach Chan Gailey said after watching Graham at minicamp and Organized Team Activities that the young receiver has demonstrated an impressive ability to catch deep balls.
“He caught the ball well,” Gailey said. “To be honest with you he’s exactly what we thought. He’s a raw route runner. He can run fast. He can catch a football. I’m anxious to see how he can develop as time goes on, but he made a lot of progress.”
The Bills are the 13th team to get all their draft picks locked up.
