I for one think the Browns got it right. The poor Jaguars did it backward with 1st round pick Blackmon who’s already a few drug test failures from “Ricky Williams” level and he hasn’t even played an NFL snap yet.

The first player taken in last year’s supplemental draft was suspended five games by the NFL for accepting free tattoos. This guy fails multiple drug tests and drops out of two college programs on his way to the NFL without a murmer of protest.
