So obviously Forte will be a bear for only this year and next. The contracts huge jump in salary in 2014 will get Forte cut unless he’s jump out of the stands incredible these next two years.

Seems like a fair contract to me. He’s not the best RB and he’s not getting the best contract. Everyone’s happy.

Even as a devout bears fan, forte barely cracks the top 5 in the league for me. He needs to have a crushing, dominant, 1,500+ yard year running the ball before we can say being the sixth-highest paid isn’t justified.
