Williams was as nice of a surprise any fan can hope for. A former practice squad guy, who not only makes the team, but is a solid starter all season. I remember fans clammering for this guy to get some snaps back in 2010, for once it looks like the fans were on to something.

Hate to see him probably get demoted, but it's of no fault of his own. Webb is too darn good to give up that #1 spot to Williams, and Jimmy Smith showed potential to be another pro bowl calibre player across from Webb. Simth will probably be giving Webb a run for his money as the best corner on the team towards the end of the season.

Just goes to show how good this front office is to get guys like Williams off other teams practice squads and Webb in the 3rd round. It's a good thing for the rest of the NFL they haven't had a high draft pick since 06, because they get so much talent out of the draft.

The great thing about Webb is his ability to play inside or out, which was a big reason Welker only had 53 yards in the AFCCG. Anyone who can hold Welker down inside where he has a 2-way go and motions around all the time is pretty good. Cary,I think will be coming off the bench this year as the "nickel" even though he'll be on the outside when he does play. No need to rush him back after the injury like they tried to do with Foxworthless.

This guy has a freakish speed/height build and with the competition of Jimmy Smith I think he will only get better. As much as I like Webby holding down the #1 spot, it might fit the team better to keep him in the slot with Jimmy and Carry on the outsides. We'll see
