John Elway just tweeted that the team had agreed to terms with second-round quarterback Brock Osweiler and third-round running back Ronnie Hillman had agreed to terms.
“All picks are signed... Ready for camp!” he tweeted.
All told, 23 teams are now finished, with just 16 total picks to go, before everyone’s in camp by the end of the week. Only the Bengals, Colts, Jaguars, Chiefs, Dolphins, Vikings, Raiders, Rams and Titans have picks to sign.
