I don't understand how a 5th round draft pick still isn't signed now that (most) camps have started.

Is he a diva or is his agent being hard to deal with? I thought these were all supposed to be slotted values.

IMO he needs to get into camp ASAP because he's starting on a new team with a new coach and a new front office. Get with your team mates and coaches.

According to @RaiderNewsFlash Which is usually correct and breaks news minutes sometimes Hrs before PFT,ESPN,NFL NETWORK ect ect,
Criner will have a deal dome sooner than later and it could be by tomorrow, RNF already told everyone today that Bergstrom would be signed today, then of course NFL Network reports it like they broke the news.
The funniest example ever of @RaiderNewsFlash on twitter is the legendary Carson Palmer trade, Most Raider fans know this story but for those who don't I will tell it real quick:
RNF sends out the news that Palmer is a Raider Lombardi is on NFL NETWORK laughing at the notion that Raiders would get Palmer, Lombardi is going on and on that there is no way the Raiders could get it done, then at the bottom of the TV screen it says RAIDERS TRADE FOR CARSON PALMER! Lombadri the fatty looked like he seen a ghost and then he was not on TV for the rest of the day.
Next day though he was breaking it all down, what the Raiders paid to get Palmer, like he broke the news!

Criner was a beast in college with a mediocre QB, if he ran a faster 40 time I think the Raiders would not have been able to take him in the 5th round. I'm sure if he ran a 4.45 (he looked like a 4.4-4.5 WR at Arizona), pretty sure he would've gone in the low 1st to mid-2nd.

It will be interesting to see if Bergstrom can gain a starting spot at guard for the Raiders.

Cooper Carlisle is old, but, he is well-versed in the zone blocking scheme.

Criner seems to be the more intriguing draft pick. Despite his stature (fifth rounder) he drew rave reviews from the media for his ability to catch the ball.

A fifth-rounder opened eyes last year in Oakland -- Denarius Moore.
