Those three aforementioned players were being nailed by the media in Dallas in 2008 and when the papers kept screaming “get rid of them” the Cowboys did so and they had less on their minds.

Jason Garrett cannot leave the football team and Jerry Jones cannot be a general manager. He needs to change the front office and get a new head coach. Those two positions need to have people who come from either Pittsburgh or Green Bay because in 2010 those two teams had their own distractions, but they both went to the Super Bowl.

Jerry Jones is the most overrated owner in the NFL. Just because you do interesting interviews, are open to the media, and make statements that are worthy of noting it doesn’t mean that you can run a football team. This team needs to start over from the top and they need more changes than they think.
